Lost touch with my web site and email. Raised a ticket through the web site and issue was resolved in no time at all. Obviously better if the issue hadn't happened in the first place, but stuff happens and it is how yu deal with it that really matters. Just Host Me dealt with it very well and let me know straight away. By the way this is only the second job I have had to raise in about 5 years of using them. Thanks guys!
