We received an email this morning about network outages, we are now trying to do work on website and once again it is down and I do not get any response except automated rubbish emails saying a support ticket has been opened. Got to get away from these so called hosters.

Thank you for your review. It is normal to receive an automated response stating we are in receipt of your support ticket when you open one. A member of our support team will then review your ticket and follow up with you personally as soon as possible. The network issue you describe here was an issue on a third party network which impacted only a handful of our customers. The network issue was reported to the third party network for review as soon as it was discovered and it was resolved swiftly. We alerted all of our customers as soon as the network issue was detected, kept them in the loop throughout and we also posted a detailed report of this network issue and how it was fixed as soon as the network issue was resolved.
