I was purchasing a couple of domain names and my payment did not go through - which was not surprising since I'm English living in Portugal and the satellite link thinks I'm in Italy - giving a mismatch of card address and computer location.
I skyped; waited about 3 mins to nice music, and then was helpfully answered. The payment "reset" then enabled me to purchase another domain name, plus hosting immediately afterwards, and subsequent payments went through fine.
I got about 15 emails afterwards, but each one was relevant to the process. The experience has given me great confidence in Just Host Me. I'm sure they'll live up to it.
