I received a routine email from JustHostMe warning me that my domain would expire in 30 days, but I could not work out how to do it on the client portal. Then, having submitted a ticket asking to be talked through the process, the reply was clear and helpful, as I have always found support tickets to be.
Maybe it would have saved time if the process had been spelled out in the original email, but I still find responses to my tickets requesting advice and support very helpful. Nobody ever makes me feel I'm stupid if I don't understand something about the various processes involved in having my own website, and I feel in good hands with the Support Team.
