Switching broadband is a bit like moving house: who needs to know our new address and how do you tell them? And what do you do if you can't? Well, I needed to change my contact email address with my domain provider, JustHostMe but hit a problem. Aah! What to do?
Well, I simply completed a 'ticket' (JustHostMe's syem for raising issues) and overnight my problem was solved. No fuss, no bother - just sorted. It may have been a simple thing to do (I'm no techie, so I don't know) but as a customer it shouldn't be - and wasn't - the point. Prompt, polite,simple and effective; that's what matters in customer service in my book.
So thanks, Jeffrey, for providing this customer with outstanding service.
