The only gripe I could possibly have is with the telephone response/support- i.e. when you ring for telephones support 9 times out of ten all you can get is a recorded message. Getting help via the ticketing system is OK so long as you can figure out the provided advice technically. However if you particularly need telephone support it can be a pain- but perhaps at these prices you can't real complain.
