Confused at the last review at price rises. We are totally blown away by the price but more so by the support.
We are just finishing our website and the web designers had a mass of problems with their Wordpress integration with Paypal Pro, SSL certificates,memory cache etc.
The Ticket support reply times have normally been within 20 minutes, with even replies at nearly 11pm at night. Not only has there been a fast reply but unbelievable technical knowledge (most over my head, hence the web designer employed!!). I did a lot of research for a hosting company but it is always someone else's opinions and i don't always trust reviews, but we really hit gold with this company.

This is unusual since tickets are usually responded to within an hour. What's the ticket number please?
