Bate and switch, Time and Time again. Simple as.
Don't use them, unless your happy to pay WHATEVER they choose.
Am now moving all services away from them due to ridiculous price hike.

Agreed. Just got my annual reseller invoice and having paid £145 my first year, then £174 last year, have just received an invoice for £318 for the next year. An 83% rise no less. How can they justify this?

Thank you for your review and feedback. We sent an e-mail out to all reseller customers in December 2012 explaining the unfortunate price rises and that the current pricing structure was no longer sustainable for us. With the new prices in mind we still believe we are competitive and offer value for money. We only use state of the art data centres in the UK & USA, the best networks, the latest and most resilient hardware on the market and we strongly believe that we provide the best and most responsive customer support in the industry.
