Relatively new hosting company that started off super competitive in the pricing area. However it seems this was to draw in the customers. As soon as they were bigger they went to become a ltd company - the client footed the vat increase. Since then prices have increased twice without warning. These are not fixed price packages. ( The VPS 10 was £15 with no vat per month - within two years it is £30 plus vat per month)

However on the whole the services are good - there have been a few problems with slow loading but they have been dealt with quickly. In two years there has been two issues with downtime. This is acceptable.

Customer service is good - live chat is not available out of hours but tickets get dealt with within a few hours normally.
