I got the service I paid for, however there could be some improvements. I feel that my servers were always working perfectly and never had any issues. My issue was mainly with customer service, I always got a good reply via E-Mail support, however Just Host Me's live help on their website was rarely online. My other issue I had was with my domain name servers, this was due to where they needed to be pointed to. I contacted Just Host Me about this issue with my name servers and they fixed the issue for me, which was a great help!

Overall I would say that Just host me is a great host when it comes to the technical side of things, their E-Mail support was always fast however I would say that their live support on their website could be improved.
