“Fantastic Support Service”

I've just had fantastic support from Jeffrey Mattingley at JustHostMe - both in sales and techncial side of getting domains transfered from other web hosts, payment problems, nameservers and sorting out hosting package questions.

What was incredible was the speed of the service via the ticket system. I've had this before with companies which sometimes leave you waiting for hours. I had a service that was just minutes each time to sort out my queries.
