We have been using Intrahost for 2 years, and the service and support has been generally excellent. Queries and support tickets are promptly attended to, and we have found the company's high level of technical knowledge very helpful on several occasions. Uptime is high, and the rare outages are quickly resolved. I've had my virtual dedicated server for over a year now with Intrahost (having tried many US & UK web hosts over the previous 12 years).
