I like to know who I am dealing with. So, a quick look at the T&C's on their website states "Internet Webhosting" means Internet Webhosting Ltd. But, there is no address details to be found. A check with Companies House returns nothing - 'Internet Webhosting Ltd' doesn't exist. Their website (which is registered at: 122 John Lang Street,JOHNSTONE,PA5 8HN) tells you about 3 Data Centres in Derby, Leeds & Northampton and with statements like "The data centre is manned by our highly skilled on site support team and we offer remote hands and eyes, installations, managed services and cabling" All of this is PBS. The website also makes another outstanding claim: "As one of the UK's biggest hosting companies, our industry-leading web hosting products and services continue to raise standards" I put this into a Search Engine and it lead me to internet giant 'Heart Internet'. Who also make the same claim. They also have Data Centres in Derby, Leeds & Northampton along with pictures that are the same. Somebody is BulSh**ing here. I think I'll let you decide who! (Oh..& Trading Standards aswell).

I have had to call them a couple of times and they were excellent, polite and ever so helpful and it was a refreshing change to speak to someone in the UK (all the tech support are UK based) instead of India and such... Would definitely recommend Internet-Webhosting to anyone looking to have their own website. Fantastic value for money especially for me a student and the student packs are probably the best value for money i have found.

Internet-Webhosting have continued to be our preferred hosts, and we now host well over 20 websites with them, growing monthly. Although their prices are good, this was never the biggest factor for us, because we needed a company that responded when we needed help, and Internet-Webhosting have got, in my opinion anyway, the best technical services team I have ever encountered. If you ever have issues, your ticket is normally answered within 30-60 minutes, normally quicker to be fair and they have often helped with matters that are probably outside of what they should do. Every single member of their tech team is a credit to the overall company and they do not get enough credit, as if I was Internet-Webhosting I would make more of a focus on how good they are, because they stand out a mile from all the other companies we used to use. 3 years of successful hosting with them, never had a complaint and probably never will. You wont get a better hosting company, no matter how much you pay.

I have found the customer service at Internet-webhosting outstanding (a statment I don't make lightly) but they really are that good. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for them with fast and friendly help should you happen to need it. The hosting side of things are also excellent with an easy to use straight forward control panel. I currently have two personal sites with them and I will be moving a comercial site currently hosted elsewhere to them within the next few days. Pricing at Internet-webhosting is also extremely competitive, for me no other hosting company even comes close. OUTSTANDING !!! Helen Mulholland

Not knowing too much about making my own website i went on the hunt for an easy solution as such. I found internet-webhosting.co.uk and had a chat with a friendly lad Mike from their customer support team, he talked me through a few different options and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I decided on the easy website package as not knowing too much this was the best option for me. Everything is there for you, i really only had to change the pictures, colour and choose what pages i wanted on my website, as it's a salon i made the following pages; Home, About Me, Treatments, Costs, Opening Hours and Directions. After i had completed the pages added a few photos and input the info on the pages the website was ready! 45 mins in total and i had made my very own website without having vast computer knowledge. I have since told friends and local businesses about this and i would recommend it to anyone that needs a website fast and does not have too much computer experience or simply does not have the time to spend days on end building a website.
