Not often do we get the opportuntiy to rave about customer service but my latest experiences with Inmotion Hosting - both Sales and Tech - had me once again wondering why other companies have not modelled their CS after IMH.
Helpful, knowledgeable, professional attitude - and willing to do the extra effort to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Moreover, if that one person is not able to find the solution, he/she will not hesitate to kick the problem up to the next level.
Hey, and their hosting services are not bad, either...
