Excellent support. After trying two other hosting companies I decided to close my accounts with them, and move remaining domain to InmotionHosting. I monitor my site on a regular basis and I can confirm that InmotionHosting keeps good and consistent standard of service. Pings response time is well below 1000 ms, on average less than 900, so considering the fact that I have selected cheapest available option as my site is not commercial and I run it just for fun, so there are no revenues to be generated, it is well in line with my expectations. Just to compare with two others I have tried - response time provided by them was between 1400 - 2000 ms and the average availability was around 90-95% with quite a few longer outages, while here is almost 100%. Overall I am very satisfied with the level of service and I can honestly recommend this company.
