All i wanted was to get a domain name hosted.
Why do they need to phone you up? Not explained and is inconvenient for me.
Ok. My billing address is in England but I am currently in the Philippines.
So, a phone call is now not enough for me.
Now they want to email me an "account verification" which I have to print out, fill in, scan or fax it back to them along with a passport I.D. or similar.
I declined their kind offer.
Overkill designed to annoy and stress you out. All for one little domain.
