When I started my online company a couple of years ago, I admit that I chose another company in the beginning. (Only because of a Google search gone terribly wrong.) That company let me down in virtually every possible way--time and time again. Hidden costs. Terrible customer service. Everyone there had an attitude it seemed. Servers constantly going down--and even being hacked. I will spare them the embarrassment of naming them. But the company's name rhymes with "just coast." And that might've been their operating mandate for all I know.

InmotionHosting, on the other hand, has gone the extra mile EVERY SINGLE TIME. I confess that I know just enough about running my business on the web to be dangerous. And when I've had a question or problem--even the stupid stuff I should've been able to figure out--the support personnel at InmotionHosting have always been there to help. They always have a super positive attitude. And they ALWAYS resolve my problem in the timeliest of manners--even when it's something that might not directly relate to my hosting with them. In short, they rock! And I recommend them to everyone I run across that needs hosting. They are also incredibly fair with their pricing. You can't beat this hosting company. I know from personal experience.

I hate to gush so much about a company I hold no stake in. (Wonder if I can buy stock?) But they are THE hosting company to beat these days. However, doing so would be impossible in my opinion. How do you improve on perfection? ;)
