My domain name was hijacked and I was billed $260+ in a short time frame. Obviously unhappy, I called and was helped out by Edna. What I wanted was the charge reversed and my account closed, and Edna did this with a minimum of fuss.
While I was disappointed in the way the company handled my account, Edna was outstanding in the way she approached the problems at hand. She was understanding (even when I was rambling) and patient and got the job done.
The one redeeming factor in this situation was the customer support. Hopefully all phone support gets such good service. Thanks, Edna!
