These jerks--by mistake--deleted my website. When I called them, they told me that it was my fault (? my account was paid up!). But OK, everyone makes mistakes. Except that, OOOPS, they didn't have a back up. And oh, yeah, they had no interest in helping me out, even if I could locate backups.

I wouldn't go near these people. Stay away. Their idea of customer service is apparently to take your check and twiddle their thumbs. The worst OTHER site hosting is better than these people.

Just for what it's worth? If you can't find a telephone number or name of the owners or management? Not a good sign.
