I am their customer for over 4 years. I subscribed the shared service with them. The 1st they provided a very good service, no server downs no account suspension for nothing but now I am having server alert system and every week it just goes down for 1 hour for now reason. Every month my account just gets suspended for no reason they always invent the excuse that my WP plugins are using lot CPU resources and stuff like that. I know for a fact that is not the case because when I deactivate and delete those plugins I keep getting the server downs ad suspensions. Don't buy business shared service (Business class) It's not worth it. I don't know about VPS but their shared servers are VERY VERY SLOW. The positive side is that their customer service is very good, they solve your problems quick BUT one day they charged me $100 for nothing but the next week they made the refund after I complained.
