Professional Insightful Customer Support

I had avoided contacting the help chat at Inmotion Hosting because it seemed like a site that caters mostly to professional web builders that are very savvy about their business, ie using code to build instead of web builders. I am relatively new (again) to web building and expected that it was going to be a painful experience talking with a rep that was speaking a foreign language or maybe several languages. The conversation wasn't anything like what I was anticipating and I thought I should have reached out for this help much sooner than I did.

I was extremely impressed with the two chats that I had with only representative at Inmotion Hosting at two different times today. My rep, Tim E.(both times) was professional, helpful and insightful about what my needs were and resolved my issues quickly and effectively. If all the support reps are like Tim E.,Inmotion Hosting is a company that is very well represented and deserves recognition. They have to be doing something right to be able to hang on to employees like Tim E.
