I purchased a hosting plan through Hosting Insiders a few days ago. After my payment via paypal I was to receive an email within 24 hours with the necessary information to log into my account. After 24 hours and no email or phone call regarding my account information, I decided to contact the company to find out what the delay was. Noticing that there is no listed phone number, I went ahead and sent an email via their contact form. It has been more than another 24 hours and I still have no account information nor have I received any kind of reply from their customer service department.
Being a pretty techy and internet savvy person, I am ashamed of myself for not looking into reviews nor making sure proper contact information was available before purchasing. I just filed a dispute through paypal and we will see how it turns out.

oh..that is what I encountered exactly too...i am going to log a complain to paypal to see if I can get my refund..besides that, anyone knows anything that we can do?

I have been a customer for the past 7 years and not really anything but satisfaction dealing with (name removed). But in the past 3 weeks, it's been wobbly and responses have been poor. I'm locked out of cPanel and no response to repeated Emails.
Again, great history with Hostinginsiders but maybe this one man shop has health problems or other issues that is not allowing him to be responsive. Though this post made in April, while not a pattern it is a troubling issue and I certainly do not wish to move my 6 domains elsewhere...but something must happen very soon.
