Hostdime's service was good from 2010-early 2013. In the summer of 2013 they declared me a "legacy" account and have changed my server twice in 4 months. The first time, two of my websites were offline for a month. This time, not only are my accounts down, but I cannot access my Hostdime hosted email.
As others have mentioned, they pass helpdesk tickets between multiple analysts, so it's very possible one will do something without logging the changes they make to an account and take weeks to figure out what was done.
