We're so happy to have come back to Dream Hosting. We were with another web host which had a huge number of staff with live chat. That's fine, but I'm not sure whether all of them had the necessary expertise. They seemed to give standard answers which not always hit the target. Anyway, we had to leave them because we lost several days of sales as various problems were not solved and seemed to be insolvable.
With Dream Hosting we really get the expert support needed. They're an excellent service and we certainly recommend them!
