Been with hostpapa for a few years and everything was running ok. Then I started getting problems with my emails. They would only get downloaded intermittently. Turns out you are only allowed 5 emails at a time. Not quite the unlimited they tell you.
When asking for help you have to raise a 'ticket' which you then get a response from after a hours/days depending of the what they think the priority of the issue is. You then have to sort the problem out over email, which is not easy especially when you don't understand all the terms. There no chance to speak to an actual person so you are forced to just keep sending emails.
Looking for another provider now as they clearly Hostpapa false advertise.
