I was truly impressed by the speed of response over the weekend to a real pickle I had got into trying to transfer 2 domains, a web site and an email account from GoDaddy to Heart. I lost count of the number of times the ticket ping ponged back and forth over the 2 days sorting out some genuinely tricky issues. I also appreciated the caring a courteous responses throughout.
The only slight blot was that I was wrongly advised at first that there was nothing I need amend in the underlying WordPress code/database following a change in web site domain name, whereas it turned out I needed to make 2 essential changes in in the SQL database and all embedded references to images in pages/widgets etc needed to be amended as did all embedded links.
Apart from that the service was faultless
