I recieved an email from Webfusion telling me (my website godsplan.org.uk)would be updated and moved to Heart Hosting on the 25th June 13. I did not know why,and I must admit I was worried about the change over. However all my worries disappeared because I had lots of help from both sides to which I was suitably impressed.
My website depends heavily on AWStats and of course I had to configure it into my site again from Webfusion, and with all the help from the staff at Heart I can honestly say I had all the expert help I could have wanted, and the reactive time was very impressive. I am beginning to find my way around, am now back to normal, and feel as thpogh I have been with Heart for years.
Well done to all at Heart.
