I had problems with my business email in that I could receive but not send mail. I contacted Heart through their support system and very quickly received confirmation that someone was on the case. Because of my very limited computer knowledge he had to send instructions on numerous occassions and in the simplest of terms before we were able to clear the fault. My lack of knowledge must have been a cause of frustration for him as much as it was to myself but his replies were always helpful and courteous despite it being late at night. His expertise resulted in my business being able to function with the minimum of disruption for which I am eternally grateful.
