Rescued my sleepless night!

I recently moved an ecommerce website from its previous host over to my reseller hosting at Heart Internet. But it didn't go smoothly - mainly because of the strange file structure of the website and the process was not the "drag and drop" I expected.
After spending some hours struggling, instead of things becoming clearer, I seemed to be digging myself deeper into a hole. I turned to Heart Internet support to ask for their advice. They quickly pointed out the causes and were incredibly helpful in getting things moving again.
Unfortunately, mainly because of a very flaky broadband connection, I was still running into further problems - but by this time, it was VERY late at night. However, Heart Internet support team were still there to help and again gave good advice to rescue me and get me back on track.
Eventually, everything was progressing well and I could crawl off into bed and get some sleep in the knowledge that the job had been completed.
