This is an review for Heart Internet. We have now used them for our hosting provider for the past year the service we have received has always been second to none. Prior to moving to heart, we had had many years with 1 & 1 unfortunately their service and support was almost definitely not there, we had endured some terrible times lots of additional work and very poor service however at that time we were not aware of how poor the service was.
If we ever have any issue with our dedicated server now and raise a ticket for support Heart Internet will normally respond to that within 20 minutes and this is often late in the evening or first thing in the morning. Heart Internet have always been happy to quote for any additional work that we required, have always produced excellent results, we ELECTROSPARES .Net Ltd would not hesitate in recommending this company.
