So far, so good, alnost 5 stars

We have used Webfusion for our VPS server requirements for over 2 years and there customer service is one of the best I've ever receieved in any area of business. So I was dissapointed when we needed a reseller package that they didn't do it themselves. Instead they advised us to go to Heart Internet. Normally a lot of research goes in before I choose a webhost but having received such great advice in the past, decided to take the plunge.

To be completely honest we are yet to be really disapointed (or though we have only had our reseller pack for a few weeks so we will seee how it goes!) To be fair to Heart internet they have pulled out all the stops. Their reseller package is the best I've seen, with literaly everything you need to set up a hosting business. Whether beginner or expert it suits everyone.

My favourite thing about it is how easy everything is to set up and also the vast collection of white label guides, images, text and information along with their hostpay website template.

The only downside, quite a big one for me and the reason this review was not given 5 stars is that all the support is through tickets. Yes there is someone there 24/7 and from my experience they answer tickets within 45 mins, but it is vastly better to speak to someone on the phone as its much easier to explain you problems, get help or advice, and its much quicker

Overall no problems so far and, other than support, you can see how much time and effort has gone into making this an amazing package and a great web hosting business tool!
