I've needed support from Heart Internet on more than one occasion and have found them always ready to respond and invariably courteous.
Their use of English is good, they articulate what they are going to do and explain what they are doing to resolve issues.
I feel comfortable with their professionalism and recommend them.
I would prefer to be able to talk to someone occasionally as written ticketing only does have drawbacks.
