My main reason for using Heart is their customer support. Everything is done via support tickets rather than the phone (which at first I had my doubts about) but this actually makes for a faster response time (usually around 20 mins) and it is easier to get the point across via a ticket system with detailed advice and screenshots.
Also, its good to be talking to guys who seem to really know their stuff rather than call centre people with set responses.
Highly recommend in a very competitive hosting industry.
