It's easy to find a cheap hosting company - and then spend hours on an auto-attendant trying to get answers to a simple question. I've experienced several big-name companies where a moderately difficult support question waits for hours until you get an answer from someone who clearly doesn't understand the question and is only able to select a standard reply from their list of scripted answers.
Heart are the shining example of how to do things right!
Any questions that I've asked have always been answered promptly, generally in minutes, by someone who DOES understand, offers good advice and gets the problem solved. In the rare event of a really difficult question I've had a very fast 'I'm passing this on' message and then a full explanation from second line support - again within minutes.
I'm very happy with the service and support and recommend them to friends.
On top of all that they are NOT expensive.
