The nuts and bolts of the service are solid, and for me that's the key. They offer lots of easily activated extras and those I've used (not many) do what they say on the tin. The admin interface is reasonably intuitive, the help database is fairly extensive and, when you need them, the tech support is helpful and friendly. There's just enough gloss on the surface of Heart to make using the service a breeze (interface is up-to-date without being gimmicky), but it's the reliability and solid core of the service that keeps me happy. And for what they charge, particularly as a reseller, I really don't think they can be beaten - even given this year's price rise (and even that was the first in about four years). I've been burned before, but I'll stick with Heart unless something pretty major changes.
