One of my Joomla sites went offline for no apparent reason, I could not get access, but I could FTP it. I emailed support and within 5 minutes had a reply back that the fault was a duplication in the database which they had fixed and the site was back up and running, which it was. To have a ticket not only responded to, but fixed within a few minutes is amazing. This is not just a one off, every support ticket I have submitted over the past few years has been resolved within a few minutes. I have used other hosting companies and have hated them but my experience with Heart Internet has been nothing less that fantastic. I would only recommend Heart Internet to friends and clients and I would do this without a second hesitation.
