The straight forward approach of all the people I came in contact with quickly won me over and made me buy from haert internet. Sales people are friendly and eager to help. And costumer service is just what I was looking for: professional, fast and always at eye level with the costumer.
I still find the number of buttons in the home area confusing and will have to try a lot of things out. But then again it is only confusing because I am new to it and I am really pleased that undernesth everything is so well-organized.
