“Heart Internet Support - Excellence in practice!”

I have used Heart Internet for about 5 years now and one of the reasons I am still with them is their server "Up time" and SUPERB Customer Support. I occasionally have issues with what I do as I am not as IT wise as most. Even when my questions are not technically their problem at all they will always give an answer and promptly too.

I like the clean cut manner in which their support team reply. Polite, informative and to the point. But if I don't understand something they come back with a layman's explanation too.

Patient, technically spot on and helpful; what more could I want!
