Not the worlds cheapest host, particularly for a VPS with a backup service - so if you want cheap, go elsewhere. But if you want a quality service with great support look no further. I've been with heart now for over 6 years, and have had very few problems. Started out on shared hosting, moved up to a reseller package, and now have two VPS with them. Highly recommended.
