I've been customer with Heart Internet for just a month now, and I am amazed by the support level they are offering.
My VPS panel was offline at a point, I wrote an urgent ticket and just 3 minutes later the support tech team helped me get it online again.
Also the average response time on normal support tickets (not marked urgent) is ~10 to ~30 minutes.
I am amazed by the level of support they offer, and I could recommend Heart Internet to anyone.
The pricing is a bit on the high end though, BUT you pay for what you get, and at Heart Internet you really get a great service.
For me a good customer service and support is the most important when it comes to choosing a hosting provider. I have been a customer at 6 other hosting providers, but this is absolutely the best you get.
