Very impressed with Heart's on-line support and the patience of their staff!! Having set up my new e-mail address I was having difficulty making it work in Outlook but Heart was happy to help - successfully!

Their website is full of helpful apps and facilities to develop websites etc - havent had a chance to try them all yet, but I'm getting there confidently, knowing that its all backed up by a robust UK-based support system.
