We use heart to host our VPS, domain names, exchange email accounts and more. I find it very simple to use and navigate and really reliable. Any time I have any issues I use the support ticket function and they tend to be sorted within 24 hours. I dont have any negatives to say about them really.
Would recommend to anybody that requires a 1 off site/ hosting package all the way to a managed VPS multisite account.
