Our Virtual Private Server went down.....

Not good, but stuff happens...

Carried out trace route and ping tests found out it was with Webfusion on who is hosting this..

Turns out after being passed from pillar to post by 4 departments that it was actually Heart Internet.

Called them, spoke to a nice lady who passed me to Michael. He found my account and pointed me to a website where I could monitor the situation.

But must importantly he was honest and did not try to waffle!

So refreshing, and so professional!

I highly recommend them on just how I was treated by Michael....
