I've only just signed up with Heart and had purchased a domain and Business hosting package. A few days in I decided that I'd be better off with a different package, so I opened a support ticket at around midnight. The response was almost immediate and extremely helpful. No irritating questions about why I wanted to move to a different package (which was cheaper) just sensible advice on how to do it. By 2am it was done.
The service would have been good at any time, but in the early hours of the morning I was amazed. It's a very promising start and so far the new package that I've chosen is working beautifully.
