Servers have been hacked, no information on how
email always down
All website content was moved from one server to another without notification sending everything down
chat support function is the only real way to get support, it is slow and support team is clearly online with half a dozen people at the same time, absolutely terrible

You mention in your review that our servers were hacked. This is not true. It may well be that your website was compromised due to a weak FTP password. We have been informing all our customers to ensure that all passwords are very strong. If you contact us we will be happy to assist you in setting this up.
