I could not see the message although I could see some emails had been received. The member of staff was very helpful and used Teamviewer. He said everything was OK but it was not, so he said to ask the original sender to send an email again. It was checked and now working fine. Very helpful member of staff, I am not a computer buff. Thank you so much.Your customer service now, compared with some years ago, is fantastic.
