Having suffered a webmail failure, I found the online support at Freezone very effective for chat - the responses were fast without much waiting around.
My problem took some time to solve though - over a week in fact - but once I started chatting with Oliver Finn, progress with the problem was much quicker. Having continuity with Oliver over a few days was good, because he knew the history of the problem, and was responsive and clear. Turns out there was a server upgrade that caused my problem, and a number of people were needed to solve the problem, for which I'm very grateful. If the server upgrade was done more diligently in the first place, the webmail would not have failed. Anyway, many thanks to everyone involved in getting it working again - much appreciated, and good work.
