I administer a site with another company (not my choice!) and on the few occasions I've spoken to them they say "we dont support content".
I've been with freezone for around 15 years and they have never refused to help, even when my enquiries may have been unusual. I have learnt a lot from them.
All forms of support requests (email, phone, live chat) have been dealt with promptly, I've rarely had to wait long for an answer.
Cant praise Freezone enough.
