When we first had to renew our domain registration, we were charged twice. We sent emails asking for a refund but nothing happened. On the second renewal the same thing happened. Since November 2012 I have been trying to get a refund, having been charged twice for 1 domain name, yet again nothing has happened and up to today -
Still no response.
Strange that it is one of the options in the drop down menu - multiple charges for the same domain name, must be a common problem, yet to be resolved.
We gave up trying to get the refund last time - but I will keep going this time.
Appalling service, I have sent dozens of emails, just auto responses received - no action. Think twice before using this site
