“Very unhappy customer!”

I am very disappointed, I have been using Freeparking for over 10 years with no problems and about a month ago I registered 2 new domain names through them only to find that they have taken my money and haven’t registered them at all. I sent in a support query and have received no response from them. In the meantime someone else has registered one of my domain names and the other I have had to register through another site. I am now looking into moving my existing domains to another hosting company.
In my opinion Freeparking is no longer reliable.
